Tim was an absolute gem, helping my wife and I locate and purchase a wonderful new home in Belle Plaine, MN. Tim's responsiveness was unbelievable, typically returning my calls, texts and emails within minutes even late into the evening. He was always friendly, encouraging, and going-the-extra-mile for us. (Tim was highly recommended to us by our daughter in Bloomington, MN, who had utilized his services in purchasing her own home earlier.) We had to do this particular home-search-and-purchase mostly long-distance, while we remained back in Michigan selling and packing up our prior home. When I finally did drive up to MN to view several available homes, time was of the essence, and Tim made himself available immediately to drive the long distances necessary to meet me same-day at each prospective home (like an hour each way from his base in the Mpls. metro area.) The several homes I wanted to see were spread all over a large region south of the Cities and Tim seemed happy to drive to each of them, from Belle Plaine to Northfield and more. There are many experienced, competent realtors out there. And my wife and I are both 65 and have been through multiple home-buying experiences over the years. But this move was an unsought-relocation for us after a traumatic loss in our family (and taking in our 4yo grandson) and we really needed more than an efficient/glossy real estate agent. We needed someone with heart who really took an interest in us and our situation. We were blessed to have found a helper as competent, caring, energetic, and truly "there for us" as Tim Kindem. We highly recommend Tim's services for anyone in search of a new home in the greater Twin Cities area.

Tim was everything we wanted in a realtor and more! As first time homebuyers, we were looking for insight into quality, things to watch out for, and how to negotiate price. Tim was so friendly, always punctual with emails/texts, and easily scheduled another of his realtor friends to show us a property the same day we asked when he already had a showing booked.
